Built as an independent product. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party platform. All trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be a licensed insurance agent or authorized agency to purchase inbound calls. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
Pay-per-call billing
You prepay a wallet balance and are charged per qualified, billable call. Pricing varies by vertical and state, and a call is billable only once it connects past the qualifying duration buffer. All amounts are stated and processed as exact integer-cent values; no fractional-cent charges occur.
Compliance
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA and CMS marketing rules. Calls may be recorded with appropriate consent for quality and compliance purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it to engage in unlawful, deceptive, or abusive practices. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Call Store is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
